The Kitchen Family Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Article 1. Organizer

The INFOPRO company (hereafter called “The Kitchen Family”) offers a sponsorship program (hereafter the “Sponsorship”) open to its customers (hereafter the “Customer”) who have purchased a The Kitchen Family kitchen.

Article 2. Principle of the program

For a The Kitchen Family Customer who has purchased a kitchen (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor"), this involves encouraging one or more people around him (hereinafter the "Referee(s")) to buy a kitchen or any other tailor-made fittings (for a minimum amount of €1,500 including tax excluding services and household appliances) in the store where the Referrer purchased his kitchen.

Article 3. Terms and conditions

To participate and benefit from the sponsorship program, the Sponsor and the Referee must meet the following conditions:

3.1. The Godfather :

• must be an adult natural person

• must have purchased a kitchen  from The Kitchen Family for a minimum amount of €1,500 including tax (excluding services and appliances), have a valid invoice , at the date on which the sponsorship is effective

• must not be in default

• must provide a valid email address when ordering in order to receive sponsorship coupons.

The Sponsor is identified by his surname, first name, valid postal address, valid email address and order number.

3.2. The Godchild:

• must be an adult natural person, with a different identity from his sponsor, residing at another address

• must not be in default

• must provide a valid email address when ordering.

The Referee is identified by his surname, first name, valid postal address, valid email address and order number. The same Godchild cannot be sponsored more than one (1) time. A godchild becomes a sponsor when he respects the conditions of the Sponsor.

3.3. Terms:

To activate the sponsorship, the Sponsor must express his wish to The Kitchen Family store of which he is a customer. He will automatically receive an email, containing sponsorship coupons. The Godfather transfers his sponsorship coupon(s) to his Godson(s).
The allocation of the sponsorship bonuses defined in article 4 is made from the invoicing of the order of the Godson provided however that the Godson does not retract or does not renounce the order form, and is not in a situation of 'outstanding payment. The Sponsor and the Sponsored Party undertake to communicate accurate and valid information and data. In the absence of receipt of all of this information, the Sponsor and the Referee will not be able to benefit from the sponsorship bonuses mentioned in article 4.

Article 4. Referral bonuses

4.1. The Godfather

The Referrer benefits from a referral bonus in the form of a voucher in the amount of fifty (50) euros including tax, subject to the delivery of the Referee's order. The Kitchen Family sends the voucher to the godfather after the delivery of the discounted order of the godson. The purchase vouchers which the Sponsor could benefit from under several sponsorships will be given as and when the orders of the Sponsored Parties are delivered and can be combined with each other. The vouchers will be valid under the conditions that will be indicated on them.

4.2. The Godson

The Sponsored Person benefits from a sponsorship bonus in the form of an immediate discount of one hundred and fifty (150) euros including tax for the purchase of a kitchen or any other tailor-made fittings for an amount less than €3,500 including tax (excluding services and household appliances) or two hundred and fifty (250) euros including tax for the purchase of a kitchen for an amount greater than €3,500 including tax (excluding services and household appliances), applicable when validation of the order and payment of the invoice. The Godchild can only be sponsored once, including if he buys several kitchens. The allocation of the sponsorship bonus will be indicated on the order form of the Godson.

4.3. Referral bonuses

No referral bonus may be awarded for a customer in default. However, if the Godfather or the Godchild regularizes his unpaid situation, the offer may be applied. The purchase voucher cannot under any circumstances be subject to reimbursement or financial consideration by The Kitchen Family. In the event of non-compliance with the conditions set out herein, The Kitchen Family reserves the right to recover the sponsorship bonuses already paid.

Article 5. Data protection

On the basis of your consent, the personal data collected during the kitchen purchase are subject to processing implemented by the company Infopro - The Kitchen Family  sise ZAC de Bellevue - Marigot, 97150 SAINT-MARTIN  as data controller. These data are mandatory and essential for the management of The Kitchen Family sponsorship program. Failure to provide this data or its inaccurate or incomplete nature will result in it not being taken into account in the The Kitchen Family sponsorship program. Only the internal teams of Infopro - The Kitchen Family in charge of managing the sponsorship program The Kitchen Family and monitoring the execution of these general conditions have access to your personal data. Your data is kept for the duration of your participation in The Kitchen Family referral program. In accordance with data protection regulations, and under the conditions it defines, you have the following rights to your data: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure (right to be forgotten) , right to object, right to limit processing, right to portability and right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also define directives, general or specific, relating to the fate of your data after your death. To exercise your rights, please send your request, along with proof of your identity, either by post to Infopro - The Kitchen Family – ZAC de Bellevue - Marigot, 97150 SAINT-MARTIN, or by email to kitchenfamily@cw- sxm.com.fr. In the event of a complaint, you can choose to contact the CNIL.

Article 6. Stores participating in the Operation

This operation is valid in all The Kitchen Family stores.

Article 7. Acceptance - Modification

Participation in this Operation assumes the unreserved acceptance of these presents by the Godchild and the Sponsor. The Kitchen Family . reserves the right to extend, modify, shorten or cancel this Operation. Its responsibility can in no way be engaged as a result.

Article 8. Disputes - Applicable law

This Operation is subject to French law. Any dispute, in particular on the occasion of the interpretation or the execution of the present, will be the competence of the jurisdiction of common law territorially competent.
